Big Old Tire

My photo of a red barn in Monterrey Co. inspired this painting.  I reoriented the barn in space inventing its sunny side, opened the door, built a room addition on the roof, dragged in the ladder, rolled in the dead tires and shifted the paint cans--all this using only a paint brush and my imagination.
